My name's Carol and I live in Taunton, Somerset.

I have been making and decorating cakes for many years and what started out as a hobby making birthday cakes for my 3 children has gradually turned into a small business.

I cater for all events - birthdays, christenings, anniversaries, weddings - and believe that a special occasion deserves a special cake.
