All sponge cakes are freshly made to order and can be a moist Madeira cake, chocolate, lemon or a flavour of your choice. They can be decorated to your specific requirements with sugarflowers, models or can be a sculpted novelty cake.

Fruit cakes are all hand made with the best possible fresh ingredients and no additives. They are a beautiful moist cake marzipaned and iced to your requirements.

Decorated wedding cakes in one, two or three tiers - rich fruit cake or sponge in chocolate, lemon or any other flavour - marzipaned and iced with sprays of hand made sugar flowers, personal models and/or other decorations of your choice.
